How C-DAC's campus placement actually works.
This is the part prospective students ask about most and get told the least about. Here is the mechanism, plainly.
The Common Campus Placement Programme
C-DAC's placement cells run a Common Campus Placement Programme for PG Diploma students. It is organised region-wise — recent cycles have run at Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and Pune — and every training centre across the country is attached to one of those regions. Students from all centres are pooled into their region's drive, so a Jaipur student is competing on the same footing as one from a C-DAC centre.
More than four hundred companies have taken part in these placements. C-DAC has also recruited PG Diploma students directly into its own R&D projects.

- Campus interviews coordinated locally alongside the regional programme
Being straight with you
No institute can guarantee a job, and you should treat any that says otherwise with suspicion. What the C-DAC route gives you is access — to a recognised certificate, a national recruiter pool and a structured placement process. What happens inside an interview is still down to how well you did the course.
The students who place well are almost always the ones who can talk through their project in real detail. That is the single most useful thing you can control.
